At Go Wrap, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Because our Paint Protection Films and Vinyl Wrap materials are professional-grade products, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is unused

• The roll is unopened and in its original packaging

• No cutting, installation, or modification has occurred

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Any used, cut, installed, or damaged materials cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Custom-cut films

• Special order colors or finishes

• Clearance or discounted items

• Bulk orders processed under custom pricing agreements

3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

If the product meets our return conditions:

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the product does not meet eligibility criteria, it will not be refunded.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Include your order number

Once verified, we will arrange replacement or resolution.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Once processing or packaging has started, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Professional Use Notice

Go Wrap products are intended for professional installation.
Improper installation does not qualify for return or refund.
